How to file a complaint against a bank on the RBI banking ombudsman portal

I also have case pending from over 1.5 months.

No updates. Even the bank didn’t send any updates.

Mailed RBI and called the helpline. Their only response was that the case is in progress and they can’t share any further updates.
 
Is it necessary to attach all the documents proof again with the RBI reply mail in which we already uploaded it in the RBI cms portal once?

Not necessarily, but if you have some other evidence, you can share that to make your point/case super strong ☝️

What about the call recordings proof. Will RBI accept that as a proof? Because in cms portal call recordings not supported. Even in RBI reply mail also clearly mentioned jpg, pdf, doc file are supported
 
So you are telling that call recordings can't be accepted. Right?
Have doubt, even most of the cases got registered ®️, Just to fulfill - Eco system...
Extortion is evident - either by FI or Customer.
The real purpose of refinement in Product Quality and Services - Lost somewhere !!
 
I wanna file my first RBIO complaint. It will be against LIC HFL for not passing on the repo rate cut benefits. Any suggestion from the experienced folks here before I dive in ?
