Recieved a response today from ICICI that Sapphiro LTF is non-eligible 😕

We all received the benefit for LTF cards also…
but it took a very long time for some..
Let’s wait and see , my guess is probably an ignorant customer service executive just washed off his/ her hands in this case…

And I have no hopes from ICICI customer service.

I mailed them to reduce approved credit limit and twice they said to reduce spending limit from App 😂

Yeah, seems like the same.. they are repeatedly asking the email communication sent by ICICI for the promotional offer
