Same situation i applied on 11th November, No updates yet

Last time I applied for Eterna the entire process took 20 days from application to receipt.

I applied offline, 1 week still no update, it says application is under process.
I think it is luck based wether you apply online or offline.

Great News guys! Card just got approved, received text message. Not checked the variant- applied for eterna rupay offline

You can try adding the credit card to Paytm. If it gets added successfully, it’s a RuPay variant. If it doesn’t, then it’s likely a Visa version.

tried applying for eterna yesterday. first time I've been rejected for a card. how should I proceed? trying to get it before December 31 to get it as LTF.

The email says: "We are in receipt of your BOBCARD Application No.xxx. Upon review of your application, we regret to inform you that presently we are unable to approve your request for a credit card as the same does not meet our internal risk criteria.
Please note that the current decision is in no way reflective of your credit worthiness, and we will be happy to process your application again, when you apply with updated financial information on a later date, as per our guidelines."

How do I escalate this? I've heard many notorious remarks on BOB, however I did not except this...

I’ve a saving account with BoB. Will they still do VKYC for this card?

I have the Saving Account with BOB from more than 14 years, still my VKYC is done.

Anyone who has a ONE card and got this card ?
Or anyone who closed ONE card and then was able to apply ?

I has Onecard with BOB only and still i got this Card even my income is less than 1L/month

Can someone with 10+ cards confirm they got this approved?
Or does BoB also have overleverage problem like SBI?

As per my observation, existing BOB customers are consistently facing issues when applying for the ETERNA credit card online. Interestingly, non-BOB customers seem to have a smoother experience, including successful vKYC completion.

In my opinion, you should go through the offline route—either via BOB branches or authorized agents. The success rate is significantly higher compared to applying online.

I got into only one issue while having VKYC for first two days, they keep on saying they are hearing their voice and having call disturbance.
I have the BOB Saving account from more than 14 years and even till date PAN not added to it. But I did not effect anything for me on this card.
It may be luckily done for me which is very less chances to approve this card to people who has income less than 1L/month.

right now I don't have the last 4 digit so can't add in the bob app, and it's saying card not found on upi. How long does it take for the card to be generated?

For me it took just an hour to get the card generated SMS with last 4 digits after application submitted SMS.

I got issue with VKYC for 2 days, fortunately I copied the URL or WEBSITE LINK and kept it in my whatsapp (send to self) I used it to finish VKYC. Another issue also noticed while trying to that link saying some issue with the time. But you have option to get VKYC Link try to apply after entering the Mobile Number it will take you to VKYC URL page (happened the same to me once).

OFFLINE APPLICATION:

1. What documents are to be submitted to apply offline?
2. Are offline applications approved without much difficulty?
3. Do they insist to open SB account with them when applied offline?

ONLINE APPLICATION:

1. As seen in youtube videos, after entering all the required details, eligible cards are displayed for selection. Was Eterna also shown in the eligible cards for those who applied online? (In all the youtube videos I saw, only Premier, Select and Easy were displayed as eligible cards)
2. If Eterna is not one among them and I quit the online application, can I apply through branch again for Eterna? I
3. s there any cooling off period for that also?
