No its actually for credit card bill itself.. and also any transaction done with dc

Previously i had also experienced with this. actually I forgot to load the money in SBI account and i did transaction from sbi dc and I got charged each time 20 rupees + GST for failed transaction due to insufficient funds

Read this again and tell me what you understand:

"i paid in sbi card 1250 but bill is 980 then after 3 days got refund and this fees also carged 29rs something"

He is saying his CC bill was 980 and he paid 1250 for it then the transaction got failed and he got refund and got charged ₹29.

What makes you think that this is due to insufficient fund?

Last month I did kotak debit card transaction on tide..

but till now the cashback is not released

but previously from last other two months I had received it this month still it is showing as processing..

And again this month also I did tide itself will I receive or it has stopped for the tide transaction

Kotak has already mentioned in their T&C, they verify every transaction if it's being correctly utilised or not.

If not, they don't issue cashback. October cashback has been released already for majority of the folks.

Well, not in DC. That small charge maybe by CC end. We have only 1 common rule in every bank. Insufficient fund = charges levied by bank.

In SBI, it's 20 + GST = ₹23.6/-

His ₹29 doesn't make any sense. Anyway, not going more into this. This is kotak thread anyway.

sbi cb cc user are also not getting cb in tide load money

And lastly don't rely on Lotak Bawasir Cashback tracker

And 6540 is excluded in Lotak t&c

So, No Cashback

If yeh insufficient balance nhi hai toh PNO ko bolo refund karne ko.

If insufficient balance hai toh phir kuch nhi kar sakte.

Joh tumne pehle likha hai uske according toh yeh insufficient balance nhi lag rha. Transaction decline ki wajah se charges nhi lagte. Bahut baar POS machine mai pin galat hua hai, not charged even once.

They even charged the fee because contactless transactions were off while doing tap and pay transaction

I had my contactless transaction turned on but the tonekized transaction were off and i did not know that they need to be turned on if doing contactless transaction through samsung pay
