Upgrade ICIC Rubyx to ICICI Sapphiro LTE under Company program

Hi,

I am currently holding rubyx LTE and when I check on the eligibility for Sappairo under Company program, I am eligible for LTF card. Can some one please help me to understand the process of applying for upgrade request for LTF Sappairo. The ICICI customer agent was clueless.

Contact nearest branch's CC person. Check if you have RM assigned from icici app, talk to them. Clearly ask to proceed only if LTF
