Have they stopped visa now or what? Can you send email to them why visa is not coming as an option.

When I called CS during Jan when I got this Master curse, they were completely clueless. No point in asking them again.

I had visited Branch and asked. Since Visa option wasn't available for selection, they had mailed back-end team and got confirmation that it is not available in Visa variant. Probably if they introduce again, I will apply.

Even when I visited branch they said the same.

For a decade I have been utilizing this. But on Jan 1st 2025, my card renewed on Master world debit card making it an MDC. CS couldn't convert it to VISA , met the bank and asked them to convert to visa , even they said its system's decision and of no help . Haven't used atleast once since then.

@jeevanreddy58 you were also in the same boat right ? Were you able to succeed in converting to visa variant ?


Also there is an option of replace card. If I replace it , will I get it on VISA ?

Just want to confirm that it comes with Visa network only. I stopped my application to convert my account into salary as the branch people also confirmed the Priority salary account comes with Mastercard Debit card variant only.

When i asked them about Titanium Rewards Debit card, which would be given as part of Prime Salary account, they had no clue about the network, hence asked.

The link you have given is savings account. We are talking about salary account.

Is it not for customers who want to migrate from savings to salary? Looking at the conditions and URL it seems so. The product codes are so confusing. For Priority account (salary and savings) they have SBPCB/SBPBC as per this and also SBPBG/SBPBS as per this. Could you kindly confirm your card starting digits, is it any of 512525, 518145, 402133 or 402670?

FYI, Titanium Rewards Debit card issuance has been stopped (see here). Confirmed with my RM too. So no use if I switch over to Prime Salary account. Just letting you and others who might plan to switch.

I didn't get it. Why you are looking at codes for savings account? Want to know.
Why don't you just look at code of salary account. The link you have given is for savings account & not salary.
There is no confusion for salary account product codes - it's one only.

Better to ask your RM what would be code once you move to salary account & then you can decide.
