My Zonal PIONEER SM called and asked me to maintain addtional 4.5L FD or shift your MF portfolios inorder not to get NMC for your FAMILY GROUP ,
I said there is no NMC for PIONNER, he said newly implemting from 1JAN, I asked him to show the banks proof or email bcz I thought it is month end target pressure , but he is zonal Rank so max he wont have such target, which he havent mailed me anyhow.
I also havent got any such official intimation mail till now as on date.
May be bcz I maintain almost 90%TRV.
Or It was not triggered to me.
Does you guys received the mail intimation????
But what ZONAL SM usually calls me for HNI & Current accounts leads, some times we chat normally.
He said They may change the NMC condition bcz all we wrote a ground reality condition to our Regional RM , regarding banks decision impact on sales team. The RM has said in their meeting we will escalated it to product,marketing & Board to review the decision.
So guys please wait till dec20 to 25, If still this is thier decision give downgrade or closure request.
He also said bank ia undergoing vigorous cost cutting bcz of all NEW HIGH POSITION GUYS APPIONTMENTs after the scams.
He said , Now all customers wont undsrstand like you sir, now every of our SALES guy is now losing his anger in review meetings of evenings due to this decision. We are also scopeless, now all customers will fI_Icq us soon.
But My Regional PIONEER RM mailed this after asking him the trueness, Which they received 15days back only as he forwardad the entire mail. And in mail it also mentioned clearly still Customer intimation NOT DONE.
And asking them to intimate the same to every customer to maintain TRV by 2 calls a week Till this 24th.
