Inspired by SBI Cashback Card Sheet and Swiggy HDFC MCC Code website, I went ahead and started a HSBC Live+ Cashback Card sheet.

By default, most Swiggy 5% and SBI 5% cashback merchants in grocery would qualify for HSBC Live+, however I would only request you to add those which you have actually transacted for.

One USP of this is to also see which Grocery and Dining merchants (offline) use correct MCCs to credit 10% Cashback.

I recently received my first bill statement for the HSBC Live+ credit card. However, I noticed that none of my transactions have received any cashback, even thought transacting on eleigible MCC.

Could you please confirm whether the cashback is credited within the same billing cycle or in the next month’s billing cycle?
Additionally, if there is an escalation matrix or a specific team I should contact regarding this issue, kindly share the relevant email ID or contact details.

you will get cashback credited email after 3-4 days of statement generation and it wil be adjusted against your due.
 
these happen with everyone, that first month cashback is credited after few days??? bcoz customer care is also clueless.
Not for first month, but it is the regular for every month statement. There will be no mention of cashback in the statement and you will get cashback email 3-4 days of statement generation. You have to track cashback calculations manually if you want to cross check.
 
thanks for the update, hoping to get the mail from HSBC side, bcoz customer care on call told that it will be credit the cashback to next billing cycle statement and these happen with everyone for the first time.

cashback appear in ur app within 3 days after statement generation, u also will get the sms and email about it and same adjusted to already billed amount.
-- this is usual process.
