Slice - Nesfb FD matured but payout is missing.

I had opened an FD last year with NESFB prior to their merger with slice. The FD was matured yesterday and I received a text saying the maturity amount is transferred my slice savings account. However, the amount is not credited to my savings account.

I raised a ticket and it has been over 24 hours and there has been no update. They sounded lax about it.

Details: Cumulative FD - Fixed term - No auto renewal - Redeem principal & interest upon maturity.

Opened via Airtel Finance and received FD confirmation on the same day of opening. I've neither received the payout in original source of funding nor in my slice savings account.

They claimed it to be a technical glitch coz I invested via third party which didn't make sense coz my other fds made via the same third party were credited promptly. They've asked for alternate account and processed to that account.
