Got server error after doing digilocker verification yesterday. Then today after entering salary details ..it is showing this.

If someone’s online application (new link) gets declined, do they need to wait for six months before applying again offline? Has anyone here been rejected through the online process but later got approved through an offline application within six months ?

My application experience

1. Clicked the link to apply from the first post.
2. Filled the details that It asked the details like name, DoB, PAN, Annual salary etc.
3. It showed a catalog of BoB CCs that I am eligible with proper details joining fee, renewal fee etc and the benefits too.
4. I picked BoB Eterna LTF for the unlimited free domestic lounge access. Also noticed that it has BOGO on district app upto 250rs.
5. Options:
   1. It asked how my name must be displayed whether Humor S or Humor Simpson, I chose later.
   2. Showed network options visa, master, rupay. I chose visa.
6. CIBIL hit and showed the BoB Eterna is LTF with 2L CL.
7. proceeded to VKYC on mobile Firefox browser. You need original PAN, whitepaper, pen.
8. Due to internet issues, I had to reconnect. Strangely I faced an error that local time of firefox browser (android phone) is different from their server time, which isn't.
9. Re did VKYC on chrome android browser and succeeded.

Over all it went very smooth in few minutes and waiting for the card.

Thanks again @TechnoFino , this is the 2nd super card I applied after the Jupiter CSB Edge+ you introduced.

PS: Lounge access has a spend criteria of 40K per quarter.

Update : got an sms that my cc has been dispatched. So in person verification is not there.

I have applied for the same today, card approved and vKYC done exactly the same way as your posted. However, haven’t received any email, application no. Nothing. Is it normal to not receive email or app no. etc post KYC completion or during the process?

one noob question regarding lounge acess.
I know that 40k spend needed in previous quarter for lounge acess activation.
But how do BoB handle the first quarter, do I get lounge access without spends ? and also how the consider quarters - is it 3 consecutive statement periods or linked with calendar quarters ?

Hi all

I tried applying for eterna card in this LTF campaign. But I am stuck at the account aggregator page as the mobile number linked with the salary account is different from the one I used to apply for the bob card.

So it automatically checks for the account linked the applied mobile nunber n comes back saying no account found.

Can anyone Kindly advise on how to proceed further. ??
