Double Refund in Icici credit card

I have received double refund from Amazon on my credit card.
Can amazon claim the money anytime or will their be any communication from bank or merchant ?
What's the process?

Once upon a time i have ordered a mobile of 25k . The delivery was dealyed as the courier boy was not delivering the mobile so i have placed cancelled request and on that day the deliverboy came to deliver the phone and he marked deliverd by OTP on Next day i have also received refund on my amazon pay card till now it has been more then 6 months no one has contacted me.

10 years ago , there was a website called Snapdeal. Still is. Anyway, they refunded to my SB a/c and also gave same amount virtual cash in Snapdeal wallet.

I doubt that.
The delivery agent can track the person with the help of the store manager and recover the money(the agent won't/can't remember all addresses)
The OTP was successful so the agent can't be blamed here.
End up with MISCELLANEOUS LOSS for the company

That's the loss of the agent . May be agent couldn't find you as they delivered 100+ orders daily. At the EOD , they got some loss . So it won't the loss for the company it's for the agent

25k is a big amount...if he was at loss, definitely the delivery agent would have come back to get it. It's easy to trace a delivered address (not the mobile number) with a particular amount
