3 days ago I did mobile recharge from Amazon Pay of Rs. 299 and paid entire amount directly from SBI Cashback card and I got Rs. 13 as cashback. Is it glitch or normal?

may be a glitch.. better to buy gv from amazon app or yono gyftr(2% upfront instant discount with 5% cb), and then recharge using pay balance.
