Hello,
Which card will give more points on Airlines and Hotel partners out if the two?
Consider that the annual spends are 48 L.

Thanks

So i have the plat charge for all the gold status and frill benefits(concierge, bookings etc) but I need a card to give me points on airlines. Want to cover Star alliance, One world and sky team

I think this will help you decide then

Thanks Subhankar for the reply.
Why atlas ? what value does it add if we have a better reward earning calculation with reserve?
Till 15L Atlas is better if you have that spend.

For 15L of spend you’ll get 30,000 edge miles ( 2 edge Miles / 100 Rs)
Milestone: 2,500 , 5,000 , 10,000 for 3, 7.5 & 15L spends

Total Edge Miles: 47,500
Total Miles at 1:2 ratio: 95,000

For Reserve, it’s 7,500 edge pts / 1L so total edge RP = 1,12,500
Total Miles at 5:4 ratio: 90,000

Not considering the joining / renewal benefits of both

What happens to the trifecta after the devaluation by Axis? I should assume that there will be another round of devaluation in this year or the next one.

Ok
There are some guidelines on commercial usage , personal credits should not be used for commercial purposes
Could you share those guidelines?

While it might be more complicated due to taxation and bookkeeping I have actually never heard of a bank making a fuzz about it. I do not even think I've read anywhere where they disallow such things.

It's just more complicated as business expenses would be reimbursed on claim basis and the business can use it as deductibles and non taxable for the user.

Nearly all my previous jobs have had a similar standing: You pay, we reimburse. In case of very large expenses or projects then you'll get a business card.

For Axis: As long as you don't resell anything you buy, it is okay, according to Axis Bank

The document can also be accessed from here: https://www.axisbank.com/retail/cards/credit-card/useful-links/terms-and-conditions
"7.2 The Card may be used only for bona fide personal or official purchase of goods and / or services. You shall not use the Card to purchase anything to resell for commercial or business purpose, to derive any financial gains."
That applies to every Axis card. Most other banks have the same conditions

Most common guidelines is that personal card should not be used for financial gains .
By commercial purpose , I didn’t mean to use it for business trip or business expense and later getting reimbursed for the same . I meant like using the card for some financial gains , like using it on Yaper like or where you use the card for others in return for some extra bucks or sometimes also for gaining award points
