I received my ICICI mmt statement on my mail after the due date . There was an outstanding amount of Rs 2 in it . Since the due date has already passed , will the late payment of due amount of Rs 2 get reported in my CIBIL SCORE .

Most likely yes... this will be reported (amount doesnt matter)

you can try mailing their customer care and PNO citing your problem that you didnt receive stmt on mail which is why you thought it wasnt generated but if they have already reported it... I am not sure if they have an option to reverse it

BTW, yes, there was some issue with the statement generation procedure... Even I didn't receive any communication from ICICI last month on bill generation date till today evening (same as you) for my mmt plat...

My bill gets generated on 21st with last date as 7th of next month... but I too received the stmt today 😛

But I had already checked the statement from netbanking and had paid the dues as even I was confused whether the stmt was generated for last month or not (same as you)

Always remember, You should not wait for their automated system to remind you of stmt... if you know you have to pay cc bil, better to check on netbanking

Happened to me for 80 paise. But no worries. Incase late payment shown in CIBIL then you can request to bank to update the dates as standard. They can update as paid on time. Generally such kind of requests banks consider if the due amount is 100 or less.

Can elaborate what was the resolution given for your case
Mailed the bank about the issue with screenshot which covers the date. They called me and I told them the issue clearly and issue is solved. For 2 rupees that too without late payment ICICI is not going to consider it as due. You can request them to update if delay is updated in CIBIL. No worries be cool escalate the situation to higher level if level 1 doesn't responds positively....
