Tracking credit card transcations

I currently have 5 cards and try to optimize my transactions to maximize points. Try to do all my expenses through credit cards. These include personal, wife, house, company,etc however i end up spending a humongous amount of time trying to reconcile and ensure payment from the right source... Any recommendations on how to simplify the monthly reconciliation

Yes as long as u spend time u will manage well and get out of the best rewards that’s my experience
