SBI cashback card problem

i applied for SBI cashback card 5 days ago. after selecting address it gave me application no. and said " we're evaluating your application and get back to you in 12-24 hours"
please check status via retrieve application.
it has been 5 days everytime i check status it ask me to select address and than shows same application no. and ask to wait 12-24 hours as they're evaluating my application.

what can i do to get my application processed???

I too got the same before. Then I changed location pin code nearest to my town and applied after few months. I got approval. Please wait for few more days and if card is not approved try with above procedure

Call customer care there is glitch in application process same happen with me. But resolve over the call.

As this is the financial year ending there is a lot of application this time there is a greater chance to get a card so many people are applying so try to contact customer care.
