Don't close the card too far in advance of the renewal date. There are other cards coming from HDFC. They might allow you to swap.

Yeah.. will try till that time. But its funny how HDFC don't care about their own customer 😂 I also mentioned that I hold preferred account with them since last 3 years but its of no use.

I am provisionally approved for 1 lakh, also having a saving bank Max account with HDFC. It is Lifetime free with joining and renewal fees waived.

After applying it is showing pending verification. I am student so not having a salary. What are chances of it getting approved?

What have u indicated urself in application? Self employed or salaried? And ur cibil age ?

Self employed, it didn't ask for any documents. 2 years credit age, current score 775

Wait for few days, generally its slow in updating offers in app. But make sure you see LTF in app before applying. Check whenever you can, you will keep getting LTF sms, go via link in it.

Self employed, it didn't ask for any documents. 2 years credit age, current score 775

Mostly KYC and home verification, since you said self employed, they might ask for ITR.

Same I got the similar message when my online verification was not successful, but even though I entered valid internet banking details.

Got a call from some agent ( not from HDFC), asked my documents on WhatsApp and I cut the call . Mostly scammers. Btw they were offering second HDFC card and telling that they will merge the limit .
