Until they comply to RBI's orders I don't think they will.

Frankly so many people are waiting for Amex to restart their applications. I am one of them as well.

Tht's just one part.... But these foreign companies were told in 2018 to process all the Data of customers in India, in India itself. They were also given 2 years of time to adhere to the new policies.

Despite that, MC and Amex were still processing the Data of on servers outside India. Visa started processing in India, hence it did not face any ban

Amex CC doesnt really have a clue on when ban will be lifted, they have been telling from last year that in couple of months in will be lifted.

You can't say India is going slow just because AMEX ban is not lifted.
RuPay is an indian product & has to dominate the foreign platforms at least in India.
