Cibil report not refreshing even after 1 year completion

Just check on cibil official site , it says my report is 369 days old and yet whenever i click refresh it asks me to buy membership.

Is it not free to refresh once per year?

Don't know why not showing in your account

How is it different from gpay cibil report?

It's same. Maybe he wants the offical report for some purpose.

A funny story. My score dropped over 50 points owing to a wrong reporting by an institution. I fought and got the report corrected. Yet my score didn't improve at all (forget going back to old levels) - been 2 months already.

I have a paid account at CIBIL. I check everyday.

give it 3-6months , one of my old consumer loan account closed on cibil after 8 months of closure, didn't had to complain to anyone, just waited.

Use cibil to just reset the counter of 1 year
