I told to connect to senior told did everything now activate my online transaction or deactivate my card , senior talked with concerned team on call emailed them by his side and the problem solved. .What they actually did to solve the issue ?
Yeah senior always fix issuesSame thing happened with me...call transferred to senior...he mailed them online transaction working now. Have to think before applying for a axis card in future
Call again to customer care and if you are somehow connected to some sensible guy then your issue will be resolved in 1 hrs .How much time does it take to link mobile number to magnus card once it is activated? I received axis magnus today only and whenever I am trying to do an online transaction it shows me this error.
Axis Customer care is telling me to wait for three days to get mobile number activated for online transaction.
Facing the same issue. Debit Card delivered 5 days ago. Activated it and enabled Ecom Transactions. Got the message saying contact details are not available.I had the same issue. This is how I fixed it.
I called CC and they asked me to wait for few days for the phone number to get updated.
But I opened the Axis App, under My profile section there was an option to update my phone number.
The exisiting phone number starts with 91 but didnt have +
So I updated the number and It got fixed instantly and im able to make online transactions now.
Call axis or chat with an agent on support portal. They'll update your details then and there only.How to fix this problem? in 2024View attachment 40209
