Not able to see Tata neu card details in Neu App

Hi folks,
I received digital card of Tata Neu infinity yesterday but when I am trying to see NeuCard Details then it is showing "The page you are trying to reach is unavailable Please try after sometime".

Is there any other way to see complete card details like card number, expiry date, cvv, etc.

Hi, one of my friends was facing a similar issue. He tried to reach out to customer support as well but no progress, they just share the last 4 digits of the card. He had to wait for a couple of days for physical card delivery for using it. Meanwhile, can you try adding in my cards if you get to know the last 4 digits of the card? That might help, saw in some other thread that from there you may be able to see card details.

Thanks a lot for the response.
I am able to see only last 4 digits.. in Neu app and also in my card.. I am not able to see all 16 digits and other card details as well in both the apps..

Hey, anyone who is looking for HDFC Tata Neu Rupay Credit Card for UPI purpose. There's another option. HDFC has started providing HDFC Rupay UPI Credit Card to it's existing credit card customer. Check it via MyCards portal. Annual fees of just Rs.250+gst, waived of on spends of Rs.25000 only...

Yes looks like I need to wait for physical card to arrive. I am not seeing card details option as shown in the other post.
