Agent helped me get life time free flipkart axis credit card

I applied for airtel axis on 30 april which was declined next day still an agent came for kyc on 2nd may did kyc but it didn't help then he called me on 11th may and said he can apply for my credit card and it'll get approved and that this application will not trigger credit enquiry so i agreed and he applied for flipkart axis card and he got an option to apply it as life time free so he applied my application was approved and the card is life time free

Only drawback of this is that i got 3 credit hits(30 april,2 may,13 may)
