Statement date for kotak

How to change the statement generation date for kotak card,
I called and raised a request and they said they can't change the date.
What is the process for that ?

What's to know about others unfortunate things

aare brother, jb adress hi nahi krna, to rona dhona q lagaya aapne.

kotak br manager said use fd card, after one yr close it and apply card we will process without documentation.

first transaction in that fd card - kotak insurance, i said to debit from ac but they not bothered, awared after i see statement nope on call on due to pay bill date back 1.5 yr i was new to banking, i didnt do any purchase. i taken for cibil and for appliances on sales.

waived charges when i argued and showed call recording, but cibil damaged I missed my first bill payment.

after 1 yr manager changed, now new guy says need income or transactions even i have 25k qab for 811 ac, i left kotak now i got moneyback business from hdfc , flipart axis too

Yea I called them 4 months they are saying their servers are not setup for that will take another 6 months

ab try karo ho jaye ga, maine krwaya hai

i dont know about cibil at that time, now its time up.

nowadays in tf only several god preapproved may be metro pincode, also le on fd card.

Ask them to change the bill generation date; I think they thought you were asking to change the due date.

Because every bank has different due date for different users i think.

I think its different for icici for me its about 18 days and for sbi its 20 days.

When I called they said if card is at least 6 months old, or it's been 6 months since you last changed the statement date, and you have no dues (and no running EMIs) you can ask for date change.

Need to clear dues and card should be 6 months old for each card.
