Flipkart account blocked and wallet amount not refunded

Hi everyone,

My Flipkart account got blocked and in my Flipkart wallet around 9400/- amount was available on that time. I sent many mails to flipkart customer care to refund my wallet amount. Always they lodge the ticket I'd and after that no response from them.
I need suggestions from you how i can get that wallet amount back.

Lodge a complaint on the national consumer helpline. You will get back your money within 3-4 days.

Sent mail to this email, as your account blocked, say them to unblock acc and refund money.

If they can't unblock ask them to refund equivalent amount to your bank ac.

If they didn't respond within 7 working days mail to RBI ombudsman as gift card is prepaid Instrument.

Genuinely, you should say why your account blocked*

So you ordered a thing in flipkart with a card. After blocking card the order cancelled and flipkart blocked account.
Does my assumption correct?

If correct, ask card issuer if they raised any fraud transaction as you have blocked your card ?

I ordered one phone and delivery got delayed. I sent request mail to flipkart for fast delivery but seller cancelled the order later on i called customer care for that product only bcoz that product price was hiked . After a day my account got blocked . I called customer care for reason why my account got blocked . They replied that due to high cancellation my account got blocked. When my account blocked on that time my wallet having 9400 rs . Now they are refunding that amount

If we calculate cancellation of order quantity may be more... But total booked orders and cancelled order percentage if take it may be 2 to 3 percentage.
