Didn't get proper cb for smartbuy purchase, got something called "smartbuy bonus", it's been more than 3 days

For 20k smartbuy, it showed I'll fetch 1000 but, I received something called smart buy bonus July cb of 351?, what is this? Can anyone explain? Usually I'll receive cb for smartbuy purchase within 2 days. It's already day 3 and I've gotten some bonus cb and still haven't received 1000cb for amazon, should I contact bank or wait?

which card is it ?

as it's showing 1k for 20k, I suspect it might be Millennia for which, CB is credited in 1st week of next month (That's what I have seen)

"The CashPoints will be posted on calendar month basis, the transaction settled in the system between 1st to 30/31st of the calendar month will be posted in the 1st week of the subsequent calendar month"

I'm talking about cashback not points. Points add from 1-30th, cashback are from billing cycle to cycle.

Either way, like F**k, either way...........
I got AGV on last month 10th, my billing cycle is 23rd, so I've bought the voucher both on a different billing cycle and not in the same month......

Same issue. Did Transaction Of 20000 on 1st July and It's showing the same Credit as you but in my case the CB Credited is Rs 4 in place Of Rs 1000.

😱 Can you post your screenshot of the cashback from statement.

When was the last you bought 10k AGV on smartbuy? In the last billing cycle last month right?

Smartbuy bonus cashback/cash points will get credited as cashback after the bill generated for this month so u need to wait until your next bill generation. I hope it helps

CB will be credited within 2 days and it counts from billing date to billing date, 1% reward points are from 1-30th, so it gets generated on 1st of every month, but you can see the details on the next billing statement.
