Finally I get complementary reward points today

I got 8000 Reward points for my first transaction using IDFC Wealth debit card.. I had added money in Amazon Pay balance using debit card... second txn I paid my cc bill using Mobikwik... no any other transaction done using debit card.. 😛

After how many days you got the reward ? 😛

25 days.. did first txn on Amazon pay on 2nd July... I had opened the ticket for this issue.. and attached the welcome letter which i have attached in earlier comments in this post...

no, their "5 working days" were ending today, so I started drafting the email and attached the welcome letter pic but then I decided to first check the first rewards portal and voila.

BTW friends, I am thinking of writing emails to the bank to reverse the current system. It seems the best card is the Platinum card and the worst card is Wealth/Private if we want to get the 10x reward points. IMO this is unfair.

Can folks here help drafting a good email and let's all send it?

They give 10x only for spends above 20k in that month. First 20k is still 2 RP for 150 rupees.

I think few policy makers from Axis have joined IDFC 🙂

If my understanding of the IDFC debit card reward system is correct , it is more rewarding to be a base member than privilege customer !
