Can't close bharat pe account

How can we close bharatpe account permanently?? They do not have any option in app and customer is asking to logout and uninstall application. They're saying bharatpe do not have account closure facility.

Any suggestions??

Your bharatpe ac is linked to an e-virtual account.

If you close ac, their systems are not capable to create again, So they didn't wish to close your account.

Why do you want close, it's free na?
