SmartEarn- Paytm Wallet load (unable to get 5X)

Guys am not getting 5X reward point for my paytm wallet load through american express smartern card
Any one is also facing the same issue ?

Am just getting normal points

Will be doing it when needed. 1500*4 and 20k milestone might be done without the need to get GV from multiplier.

It was spontaneuos choice after the MGMP was announced...
I was thinking of getting AMEX but didn't do research unitl after MGMP 2023

 

If you think amex is best in CC remember i raised the issue on 4th august till now i haven't got any response

where are these transaction done? from paytm or elsewhere.. I think reward multiplier web site hasn't got paytm option right?
