Hello All,

Have any of you used concierge serivce for Visa application? I have Axis Magnus/Reserve and HDFC infinia. I was thinking of using thier service for NZ visa. Any idea if they are helpful and what would be the additional costs?

Advantage with Amex is that they have their own travel desk. They are actually supporting many corporate in travel and visa needs. I have not tried them from the perspective of personal card perspective but have tried through my organization. Experience was pretty smooth.
They shared all list of documents and forms through mail, were really responsive in case of any doubt and in the end their person came and collected filled forms and required documents.
Worth trying once if they have similar service for card holders.

I did tried Amex Concierge travel services in past for visa and they helped with all the process including the documentation. The travel desk charged very nominal fees for this, I think it was 500 or 1k but was a really smooth process.

Two things here... one they're not using Amex Concierge or Amex Travel. Secondly - what benefit do you get vs. submitting it to VFS? I assume they collect the documents from you and submit it to VFS... but what else?

No experience with this but 1k sounds super low for Amex. Were there any addons like insurance etc? Did you go as a corporate ref?
