It is for new accounts. You will get 2% cashback upto 500 (per month) in your account for 3 months. Wallet transactions are obviously excluded.

Ok I got it now, what Happened.

So When it asks to enter Debit Card Details again at Payu, Enter the same Debit card which you used Earlier and then Cancel that too at Bank's OTP page.
It'll again redirect back to Payu and at this point you'll be Able to use any Credit Card to Pay the Bill.

This time it will Show "MERCHANT" as Merchant

Even before going to otp page it is getting failed. Looking to pay ace cc bill from ace cc itself.

Even my 100 got failed. We can use only dc and not cc or wallets
