no. of CIBIL inquiries doesnt matter to Amex (just decent CIBIL score is good enough)

17 inquiries, ( 3 - 2023, 11 - 2022, 3 - 2021/20)

No difference between the two .it depends on your credit profile.thru referral you get extra benefits and I would highly recommend referral especially for MRCC
