Paytm wallet activation temporarily unavailable?

Why am I getting this message? Any workaround for this? Havent used wallet in months

Got an option to initiate video kyc. After completion I was told that I’ll receive some QR code in the next 7 days via post and after scanning the same my kyc will be completed.

Got an option to initiate video kyc. After completion I was told that I’ll receive some QR code in the next 7 days via post and after scanning the same my kyc will be completed.

Yes, if an existing customer, we can do video kyc. I had done it. and once you receive the package scan the code.
Sometimes once you receive the package it automatically gets activated. No need to scan.

Update what happens, even I'm not able to recover my old account online.

Before I was a paytm customer about 5 years ago, without even minimum kyc.
You can initiate VKyc. And get it done from the app itself.
Search for this option , it was there somewhere.. I could not remember now.
Or in the help and support section your raise an issue for Kyc them it will provide you the link.

i had tried it for a friend
didnt work for him so ended up doing physical kyc

6-8 months
agents used to come and cut the video call

In my case, there was no problem .IVkyc agent came normally. It was about 6 months ago

It will be activated for sure. My case was the same.
You don't even need to scan the qr code.
Once the delivery message reaches to Paytm it gets activated automatically

Actually I remembered now, there will be some pause kind of thing for sometime as if nobody was there and it gets connected suddenly. Need to wait for sometime
