I had been charged for membership fee in the month of August. I confirmed with the support that since my charge was before September 1st I'd be eligible for the Tata Cliq voucher renewal benefit.
Today I checked it didn't come in https://axismagnusbenefits.thriwe.com/. On sending the email to the support they replied back saying
Is anyone aware of this clause? Not sure I have ever read about this. I didn't make any charge on the card before 31st aug, but didn't make a charge in early september.
This is very unethical from Axis's part. Has anyone ever faced such issue? What can I do now?

We would like to inform you that, to avail the renewal benefit on your Magnus credit card, a transaction has to be done on or before 31st August 2023 post renewal of your credit card. As per our records, no transaction was made on or before 31st August 2023 post renewing your credit card.
