custom rom installed on device ? I had the same problem and had to change the custom rom on my device.
Your device IMEI is flagged by Freecharge also you can't pay cc bill in browser. Login to another device to pay cc bill.

This issue happens when 1K cc billed paid multiple times to avoid fee. Wait for few weeks it will be automatically resolved. No use of contacting freecharge support. If you add same card details in another freecharge account that account faces same issue. So better to leave freecharge for few weeks.

This month also paid more than 15k and received cash points except yesterday and today's transactions

Mail care@freecharge.com and also cc grievanceofficer@freecharge.com . They generally respond within 24 hrs.
Still a shame Axis hasn't put any dedicated customer support on call to report & resolve the issues, only complaints through mail are possible. Do you hold Axis Freecharge Credit card ?

If you have HDFC Bank Platinum Debit Card, you can earn 1% cashback on bill payments including Credit Card Payments
@Abhishek012 freecharge isnt able to detect kotak rupay jcb bin for cc repayment
Same with Kotak Myntra Mastercard
so the problem is with kotak
Yes new bins are not integrated in third party apps using billdesk.
but mastercard bins are intergrated right
and freecharge usess bbps for kotak
It is recognising the card but not letting me pay.
If Freecharge were using bbps then it would've asked for mobile number and card last 4 digits but it is asking for full card number then it's definitely using billdesk.
