I hold a LTF DCB via Alumni offer. Will there be any charges levied if I request an add on DCB for my parents?

Yes. I received 1 add-on with a different number as my family member had an existing HDFC account, and I applied through NB for them. The other 2 add on cards are the same as my card(primary) as I applied via form.

As the card number is different, are you able to get OTPs on other registered number as well ?

You can ask cusomter care. They will tell you
