Video KYC for One Card

Hi guys,
As per the suggestion i received from the forum. I applied for the pre approved One Card and my Video KYC was scheduled but i faced difficulties because could not connect to any agent to verify my KYC. Did anyone else face this issue ? If yes how did you solve this?

As per my experience in one card application there is no need to video kyc. It will be received as pre approved basis from one score application. I have received this card one year ago.. Without video kyc

I believe you get 7 days of buffer time to complete your vKYC.

Today being a Sunday, I would suggest you wait till tomorrow EOD to see if you are unable to get on line with someone from your lending bank's side.
