My account is already Aadhaar linked. I opened the account with Aadhaar KYC.

You need to do it again. This is IndusInd. Low tech guys are sitting there. Everyone was facing same error and by doing this, the problem got sorted out.

They do hard pull. They did one one mine and i still not got the credit line.
