In early stage of indie no cibil enquiry was being charged in a later stage cibil enquiry came into picture
I have tried Indie DC on several websites for non-INR transactions ( agoda, klook and a few others ).. Transaction fails even before OTP page, no error shown either.. Has anyone had any luck with international ecom txns?
PS - int txns are enable on said card, limits are fine too..

Yet I have been chasing them since mid-July over social media and email. I visited the branch, even asked if a simple re-kyc with Aadhaar will resolve it, but they said no need.
No one in their team had the common sense to suggest this. What a waste of my effort.
Right. I did it and it worked. Yet I have been chasing it with their CS team since mid-July, visited branch yet no one had the basic wits to suggest this! What a waste of my efforts. 😕

Right! Might be the reason, I'm among the first 10 people who activated their credit line as well as onboard to Indie. So no enquiry reported on cibil.
Hello anyone can help i applied for physical card while applying it Clearly was written visa signature debit card but platinum card was delivered and in app also showing platinum card I already have upgraded to indie megastar after that I had applied so now how can I apply for signature debit card as it say u already have activate physical card
Has anyone had any luck with international POS / ECom ?

I got VISA Platinum card by Indie how to get the VISA Signature DC?
IF you are on megastar then block and replace existing dc. You will get visa signature as new card.
