Are rent transactions considered for monthly 75000 milestone benefits?

For the excluded special MCC categories for monthly benefit apart from Fuel, EMI and utilities?

Are rent transactions considered for annual 12 lacs milestone? Is it 12 lacs overall spends or net retail spends? And what exactly is net retail spends...it doesn't include online spends?

In the complimentary epicure membership do get free stay vouchers?

Where can I speak to customer care executive to ask my doubts? The toll free number 180012001500 is only IVR

I applied with Amex Gold through Swype up website, they couldn’t recognise it for some reason. But instead of rejecting I was redirected to the normal flow and got Zenith+/Vetta as choices. Took the Zenith+ card, I feel the non spend benefits are really attractive for an effective fee of Rs.900. Reward rate could have been better, but the fact that it is a metal card makes me biased.
