Please don't give up.. Please keep chasing 2 times a day till Month end or card is upgraded whichever is earlier
 
Then you were eligible in October itself.. If you are getting now means its based on TRV
Earlier I was trying for new Magnus LTF card by application through RM. It got rejected by end of October as I had got regular Magnus card by then ( issued in October) and then I requested directly for upgrade only in the first week of November.
 
If the spends were on old magnus card , the rewards are credited to ER bucket or BurgundyMag. bucket?
Only base 12 per 200 rewards (both old card and new card) are under magnus burgundy. And all bonus/milestone/Gyftr/Grab deals (both old and new card) are under edge rewards only.

We are yet to get any confirmation from customer care if this is bug or intended.

Even then you would have got upgraded when Nov OGS was generated if it is AQB. Just my thoughts

Third or fourth time I’m clarifying with attachment, myself 🙂
I asked the same question about AQB eligibility , based on previous 3 months AMB ( after sending Aug/Sep/ Oct OGS) last week and finally after sending July month statement only , they confirmed I meet AQB criteria !

Sirji.. They are not doing anything with OGS.. They are just sending it to Burgundy team for queries.. Only if the Link is enabled which is automatic based on their criteria coded they/Customer care can upgrade or not upgrade

I agree that is the case for new/upgrade requests done through RM ,which are already entered into the system for processing by back-end credit card team. But for upgrade requests ( not done through RM) involving recently opened Burgundy accounts and those meeting eligibility criteria only in Sep/Oct/ Nov, the upgrade request is registered into the system only after PE email team does the initial screening for meeting eligibility requirements ( after checking/reviewing OGS internally with another team) . And then only the registered request for upgrade is taken up for manual processing for actual eligibility verification/ approval by backend team. After final Approval for upgrade is entered into the system , the Premium phone support team gets the link enabled for upgrade , as you mentioned . Contacting phone support number for other queries regarding upgrade /meeting eligibility criteria etc is not very useful as they give only the standard message about not meeting True Burgundy criteria ,which is thrown up when they click the button for upgrade.

Does anyone here has all the versions of the FAQ which they posted?
I will be raising a complaint to RBI and wanted to highlight this issue as well, this change in TNC cant be done without proper intimation
 
I already have it raised and the email thread is ongoing, I want to keep all the documents ready for a complaint to RBI
If after 30 days post your formal Complaint raised with Axis , Axis does not resolve your issue you can reach out to RBI.. That's what RBI told me. Mine is almost 30 days.. Will raise a a complaint again next week. Was Planning this week but will wait as They said mine will be upgraded next week
