Called Axis today (Remember the Mid of November story?) They said I am still not eligible 😀 I asked them how was I eligible a week back not eligible today, They asked me to put in RM on conference and asked him to send the OGS! Later my RM called me and told me that he will update me by end of the day 😀 So a new story!

If you have shared the OGS earlier reach out to Escalation desk and ask for the update from backend/Burgundy team on your case. The updates are on internal emails and your RM will also be copied. Unless there is an update from this backend team others are useless. The escalation team can read out to the update from this team ( This team is also referred to as Green Channel, Backend team, Product team 🙂 ). Ask the escalation desk to read out the update for you .

Sir when you call Customer care ask them to connect to escalation team/Supervisor. They will update you. They will tell you if there is an update. If not they will send a reminder from thier side. If there is an update they will read out the update for you

Sir.. forget the SR number..
Step 1) Ask customer care to Connect to their Supervisor/Escalation Desk
Step 2) Tell them you had sent and email to Premium Experience and want to know what is the status. Ask them to read out the email conversation between Premium Experience and backend team
Step 3) Ask them to read out the latest update
Step 4) If there is an update ask them to update asking Premium Experience to drop an email to you
Step 5 ) If no update ask them to send a chaser
Step 6) Religiously do this 2 times every day once in morning and once in the evening till 30th Nov 🙂

For CASA AQB, they are actually checking AMB in OGS for last 2 months. Bank that needs banking lessons.
 
I'm going to Thailand. Me with my friends if we buy 4 lakhs worth of Iphones on my card, Will that be an issue.
Wrong thread but no, each person can carry 2 opened iPhones considering you don't have any other phone. Even I am going to buy iPhone from Thailand in February or maybe from Singapore during layover wherever I get the best deal xD changiairport duty free website sometime runs promotion which makes it more cheaper than thailand sometimes
 
Hi Folks,
My Magnus card got upgraded to a Burgundy Magnus last month and I am now facing a weird issue while redeeming my edge points towards miles. Through the total edge points balance is correctly reflected on the net-banking website, however, Travel Edge is only allowing me to trasfer the points earned on the new Burgundy Magnus card and not reflecting the old points on the original Magnus card.

Anyone else experiencing this issue ?
 
My RM just called to say

"Your number is added to eligible customer list. Please call Phone Banking Team on Wednesday (next) to get new card.
On that day your number will get updated".

Apparently eligible customers' list is created once every 15 days.

RM claims he got in touch with everyone involved in the green channel and got to know this.

I told him, good for you (and me hopefully !) that as a newly minted Burgundy RM, from Priority, you've become so knowledgeable about (broken) Axis system in super quick time.
Asked him to thank me for being on his case and acquiring this knowledge.

Your RM is taking undue credit 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣
I guess you should try on Monday.. That's what I have been told that Iam True Burgundy now and I can get it upgraded on Monday
