Also, it's very common to not settle for having any final official name but to use different calling names for a newborn. Some states provide birth certificate without baby name first within 30 days of birth and then we can apply for name registration within 1-2 years and get updated certificate.
One famous and frequently assigned name in our location used to be "Baby" 😉Also, it's very common to not settle for having any final official name but to use different calling names for a newborn.
Sorry for deviating from your original query. I haven't tried this but I've seen the usage of "Baby of Mrs. XXXX" in locations like Hospitals, local government offices, etc. So you may check that with the particular airline.I'll be travelling with infant Aged 3 months yet to be named, could you please suggest what should I write in name field while booking flight tickers.
Thanks
A cousin of mine has her name as baby <first name> in aadhaar due to some kind of misunderstanding that led to her name in birth certificate to be like that. At the time of birth it was assigned baby <first name of mother> and when they finally decided on the name and went to registrar to get birth certificate for that, due to some clerical error it became baby <first name>.One famous and frequently assigned name in our location used to be "Baby" 😉

We don't need to buy tickets for infants because they don't need separate seat... No?I'll be travelling with infant Aged 3 months yet to be named, could you please suggest what should I write in name field while booking flight tickers.

I guess that depends on Airlines. Just checked indigo, they just need Proof of Age, not ID Proof. So maybe name doesn't matter that much in the case of OP. But check with the respective airline. We don't need to buy tickets for infants because they don't need separate seat... No?
It's usually around 10% of the original fare that is charged for an adult, applicable for infants. We don't need to buy tickets for infants because they don't need separate seat... No?
Yep yep, just saw that on Indigo's tnc. It's usually around 10% of the original fare that is charged for an adult, applicable for infants.
I believe is a standard cost 1.5k or 2k. Does not depend on the cost of the adult ticket.
