Payzapp prepaid wallet to bank query

Hello guys,

So I've money in my payzapp prepaid wallet. I'm not able to use it for purchasing gift cards using smartbuy portal, fastag recharge to paytm or livquik, wallet load to Mobikwik, in housing.com for rent payment using the card credentials or paying SBI credit card bill within Payzapp

I thought usually these spends were allowed. Why is it not going through for any of these? Can somebody help me out with this please?

Also @Abhishek012, I added money using HDFC millennia CC to get 1% so that I can recharge livquik. This may not be working anymore since the recharge is not going through with the wallet. Or is this a problem that only I'm facing?

Best use now is to just transfer it to bank. Not much use of wallet money

AFAIK, Payzapp wallet balance working for livquik fastag recharge.

Right, I've tried it yesterday and today also. The transaction gets initiated and then fails. Not sure why that is the case.

What I mean by getting initiated is, payment is initiated but at the end I get the red screen with X mark saying that account not debited.

Maybe some problem on your livquik fastag or your livquik fastag recharge monthly limit over etc.

I'm able to recharge livquik with my creditcard. Just not able to use it for fasttag. Will ask the bank then.
