Same Mobile No for 2 different person

I am having AMAZON CC from last year and my brother tried his luck with another Amazon account and he also received his card with 1.5L (He is a student).

After receiving the card I check it was associated with my secondary simcard.

At the time of his application I also applied for Coral Card (C2C) basis with that secondary number. That application also approved

So now my secondary number has 2 different cards and those cards belongs to two different person.

How can I activate my card now? Customer care said it will appear in my imobile automatically but my imobile and first AmazonCC is from primary simcard.

Total messed up situation.

You simply need to change the number of the card which your brother does have. That's the only solution I can see as effective
