I don't think so ,comparable card Indusind Vistara Explorer offer Gold only for 1 year ,for a joining fee of 40k

No other cards gives gold

No cooling if u get through customer care ( if they give )
But read latest t/c

For online application - 3 month
Offline - no waiting but if u r rejected earlier .
Better to try after 3 month

Yes on Magnus. Mostly Accor/ITC.

Then 30 er is 30 er .
I don't have much idea with magnus reward redemption

As per new cretria it's 10l cc limit of other bank needed with 1 year old
