Yes.. there is no concept of upgrade in Amex.. Apply for MRCC and wait to get it approved .. Once it is approved, ask them to transfer of the credit limit from SmartEarn to new MRCC (with SmartEarn cancellation request together)
There is the concept of upgrade but that's for super premium card and just like axis you would get another one. Selective customers get offers. My father has had regular offers like that.
That's exactly called upgradation. Attaching fre invites that were sent me. I have received invite for almost possibly all amex card that they offer publically.
You have to fill your card number for which invite was sent. The email subject has the card ending once filled you get an acknowledgement and the upgraded card is sent
When did you receive this? Prior to ban? Also did you contact cc for this?
Have received both pre and post. Contact cc no. I haven't contacted customer care. First time this offer was sent. I filled my card details and within a week new card was sent to me.
Who gave you the knowledge of no upgrade policy in Amex, my credit card was upgraded from mrcc to platinum travel.. i am waiting for smart earn to mrcc soon
