Just now got an update - "Just confirmed with Customer Care that Still RuPay Platinum Debit Card is not Launched but in few weeks they are going to launch it"

Where is the option to apply for this Rupay Platinum debit card?

I already have a virtual debit card (BIN 607884) without CVV, which can only be used to set/reset UPI PIN.

I think your account is limited KYC saving account.

Regular Savings Account is newly launched, i guess you need to complete full kyc (im not 100% sure).

I already have their account did vkyc
But not seeing any ruplat card

Only normal card without CVV is shown

Your account is Regular Savings Account, i think this is newly launched.

2 types of account available.

Regular Savings Account maybe open through jio center or something. Contact Jio bank customer support.

Jio Payments Bank has been operating since 2018. I thought it would shut down because there wasn't an option for full KYC. Then Jio closed everyone's accounts due to mini KYC and introduced video KYC-based accounts even for existing customers. 🤣

there is a long process, where we are literally opening another account and having an option to select sweep account with Suryoday small finance bank.. And in the last step it shows error ...
