Like many banks Service varies on branch basis choose one which is nearby a hyper residential or commercial location even if it’s distant from your place. At the end of the day it’s a hit or miss till you have experienced the same. A peer had opened one but was fed up with the respective branch service and then shifted to another branch never heard a complaint after that.

Service not good. But for fd you don’t need much servicing. So go for it

You can show interest on their website
You will get call from nearby branch and they will open account with chaque at your home

Online services are good and branch I never visited

Open there vKYC savings account. Procedure is completely online.

Post office is 100% safe

If you want to spend fd split amount till 5L in different SFB for 100% safety

Opened acc in august 2023
* metro savings account , rupay select debit card charge 590
* 5k maintain or 2 lakh fd for zero balance
*good customer support from branch , they provide me one like ( not relationship manager, but she help me a lot to apply rupay select debit card and for fd booking she comes to my house and do all documentation , also check deposit from home)- salt lake branch Kolkata and customer support online also good as no need hold too much for call support in cs,
* *there was a issue with my address ( as I am from different location and no address proof for current location ) , then mailed the Kolkata nodal officer and directly the bank manager called me and solve the issue , no problem now.
* and I didn’t face any problem till date.

## draw back : jana sfb bank has good reward system for debit card but only for privilege account holders.

₹₹ advice: if your mom or dad‘s age 60+ , then open joint account with u, and do 5 lakh fd u can enjoy free rupay select Debit card with their privilege banking .

which account are you talking about? Saw their exclusive account (maybe the highest variant) but did not have good rewards
