Axis credited 2x points instead of 5x on air booking

I have recently booked air tickets on alliance air website with Axis Atlas but instead of 5x I only got 2x miles. I mailed priority support everything including invoice but they simply said it is a govt. trx so only 2x miles will be there. Any solution to get 5x miles ?

I was used to Magnus . So ended up here with atlas . Next time I will go with website only
