Has anyone received promised 30 reward points per 100 rupees on air india SBI signature credit card?

Yes. When I used to book my own air India ticket and using my FF number.

Read somewhere in the forum that, person need to book one paid ticket to redeem points for self. Is it true?

I already have Air India account and traveled in Air India via transferring points to Air India account from Axis Atlas Edge mile portal. Does this count?

Yes atleast one flight for ourselves and 5 flights to book for family and friends.
